Postpartum & Infant Care Doula Services
As your postpartum doula, I provide reassurance and gentle coaching to help you find your groove and build your confidence with expert guidance. We work together to establish routines that work for YOUR family.
Postpartum Essentials/ Nursery Nesting Visit
The package consists of a 3 hour prenatal visit to discuss all things postpartum and help you prepare to welcome baby. This is a great time to finalize nursery preparations/organization, decide what postpartum essentials are needed, pack your birth bag for delivery, and/or creating a postpartum support plan. This visit typically occurs towards the end of the second trimester or beginning of the third trimester. I am happy to accommodate moms earlier or later on in their pregnancy as well.
In-Home Postpartum Meal Prep
Give yourself the gift of prepared meals that can easily be reheated during the early postpartum days. You can choose from our menu of nourishing and healing focused meals or provide me with recipes of your favorite comfort meals to prepare for you. Our menu focuses on meals from ayurveda, Chinese medicine and nourishing traditions from various cultures. This package can also be wonderful registry gift for a mom to be!
