Postpartum Essentials/ Nursery Nesting Visit
Prepare for baby with a three prenatal visit to discuss all things postpartum and help you prepare to welcome baby. This is a great time to finalize nursery preparations/organization, decide what postpartum essentials are needed, pack your birth bag for delivery, and/or creating a postpartum support plan.
In-Home Postpartum Meal Prep
Give yourself the gift of prepared meals during the early postpartum days. You can choose from our menu of nourishing and healing focused meals or provide me with recipes of your favorite comfort meals to prepare for you. This package can also be wonderful registry gift for a mom to be!
